My client, Red Barn Productions, asked me for a logo and branding for their interactive, immersive, theatrical event which depicts early San Francisco. They asked that it reflect both the nautical and the gold rush aspects of Old SF and a gritty, 19th century aesthetic.

It was my pleasure to then collaborate with the team on crafting their posters, rack cards, social media banners and posts, and finally the operational / directional, and interpretive signage throughout the event as well as the event program. If it wasn't hand painted it's a 95% chance that it was my work.

What guided me throughout was a vision of a handmade, frontier feel which reflected mid-19th century aesthetics, yet appealed to modern tastes.
